A runaway teen girl named Cheryl checks into the King Edward Hotel in the seedy side of LA. Unfortunately for her someone at the hotel has a habit of chopping people into pieces. This film has many great aspect, like murder, feitishism, a peeping tom, and even a guy who is a girl who sleeps with a blow-up doll that has a picture of Cheryl's face taped to it.
