Criminally Insane is a 1975 slasher film about an obese woman recently released from a mental hospital, that kills anyone who tries to get her to stop eating.
After being declared healthy Ethel leaves the mental hospital and moves into her grandmother's home. She quickly develops several strange habits, not the least of which is a compulsion to eat massive amount of food. Her grandmother, fearing for her health locks up the pantry. But Ethel's hunger is insatiable and she kills her grandmother to get the key to the pantry. Left alone she now indulges her hunger constantly, murdering anyone who stands between her and her dinner.
