Scream Bloody Murder is a 1973 slasher film about a boy that kills his father with a tractor and is placed in a hospital only to be released and kill again.
Matthew is a deranged young man who mangles his father with a tractor and in the process loses his hand. After killing his father he is placed in a hospital for the criminally insane where his lost hand is replaced by a hook. While there Matthew is angered to learn that his mother has found a new husband. Time passes and the doctors deem him fit to be released. Unfortunately he is far from cured and starts a murderous rampage.
